Innovate Marketing Group, a Los Angeles-based events and experiential marketing agency, curated a fully interactive activation for the Community Connections Department at the Toyota National Dealers Meeting in Las Vegas.

Displayed throughout the activation were signage that encourage dealers to participate in the Toyota Dealer Match Program, where Toyota will match dollar for dollar donations to qualified charitable organizations. A swag bag bar offered guests custom branded tote bags to use during the event.

As the official sponsor for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, virtual reality experiences consisted of the following Olympic games: diving, beach volleyball, pole vault and gymnastics. These experiences were also branded with the Toyota National Dealer Meeting logo.
VR so real that ...

The VR experiences were a hit with the guests--they had attendees on their toes as they dove and pole-vaulted at extreme heights as they were Olympians. "We even had a real-life Olympian stop by our booth to experience the VR, and he loved it!" the Innovate team says.
Post to promote your charity

Attendees were encouraged to post on social media saluting their favorite charitable organization. The posts were then featured on a 16-by-19-foot LED social wall, which boosted social engagement.

Attendees were fully engaged through the branded virtual reality experiences and increased social engagement through the social wall. Innovate Marketing Group was able to create an experience that attracted attendees to the booth and get them involved.
