When Phenomenon Creative Event Services was tasked with creating a “Neon Jungle” themed gala, they embraced the tropical theme and got some “wild” results! With careful planning, they avoided an overly-steroetyped jungle theme and instead created a vibrant setting for the event, lighting up a dark venue with neon lights every which way.
With a unique theme comes a lot of creation and building—all aspects of the styling for this event were newly innovated pieces. From the neon lit entry, custom arches for photo area, custom neon signs, and bar setup, the team at Phenomenon had done nothing before with this look. The team designed several new items, meticulously planing internally to ensure all aspects were covered before setup. This included extensive dialogue between the internal design and logistics departments, along with the production crew, to ensure items were set safely and as proposed. Because of their innovation and creativity, the event had huge traction over social media, confirming the success of this event's design.
