The stunning setting is the
Angel Orensanz Foundation--a former Gothic style synagogue. The event team develops the theme of a derelict, abandoned mansion--with some spooky twists. The VIP area features velvet and tufted sofas with tattered and scorched pillows.
Tattered drapes add atmosphere.
Lighting keys on gold candelabras and melting candles in hurricanes, accented with creeping decayed moss and cobwebs.
Decaying florals feature dead hanging moss.
Highboys are splattered with "blood" and topped with dark, lush floral arrangements and gold-ribbed votives.
The candy bar is backed by a Venetian-inspired wallpaper backdrop with papier mache "arms" offering treats.
