Venue News

Bellagala, a leading Twin Cities wedding and event operator and its partner, D’Amico Catering, today announced the launch of a new seasonal venue concept, Woodland Glasshaus at Bavaria Downs in Chaska. Scheduled to open in May 2025, Woodland Glasshaus will offer a sophisticated outdoor events experience within a stylish glasshouse structure. Operating seasonally from May to October each year, Woodland Glasshaus will be available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, private dinner parties, and more. The structures will be furnished with elegant décor, exquisite chandeliers, and other lavish design elements. Notable features include black anodized frames, tempered glass, and a clear span roof. Bathed in natural light, the ceremony structure will be bright and airy, while the reception structure will exude sophistication with modern accents and finishes. With a capacity for up to 200 guests, Woodland Glasshaus is now accepting bookings for Spring 2025.

Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina announced their partnership with local artist Channin Fulton for a 375 square foot custom mural for the newly renovated property. The sunny-inspired mural nods to the vibrant San Diego harbor, bringing the waterfront-facing deck to life. Drawing on its roots as a community hub for locals and guests, a redesign for the Marina Tower focuses on the hotel’s public spaces, which underscores Sheraton’s legacy as the world’s gathering place. Channin Fulton is a San Diego artist and designer, specializing in illustration. Fulton has and continues to be inspired by the environment around her, bringing a ‘California vibe’ into her work through bold shapes and vibrant colors. Working locally with such brands including Artelexia, San Diego Snapdragon Stadium, and on a wider scale, the San Diego Tourism Authority x Tripadvisor Campaign, Fulton has deep artistic roots throughout San Diego and was a perfect fit for the Sheraton San Diego project.
