Bridgeton Holdings [Walker Hotel Greenwich Village, Walker Hotel Tribeca, Marram Montauk] has announced the appointment of two new Assistant General Managers at both of its Walker properties: Katherine Woods for Walker Hotel Tribeca, which opened in April 2021 on historic Walker Street, and Christoph Duerrbeck for Walker Hotel Greenwich Village, the brand’s flagship location. The boutique lifestyle hotel brand, which is owned and operated by Bridgeton Holdings, has been an integral part of New York City’s rebound post-pandemic, offering community-focused programming ranging from bike tours led by integral New York City bike messengers, to art installations and pop up events supporting non-profits like New Yorkers for Children and Visual AIDS.

Alert Rental hosted the 36th Annual User Group Conference in Colorado Springs.This annual event brought Alert Rental users together to share their experiences, learn from one another, and to hear from Alert staff about exciting updates. Many of these changes will be implemented in the upcoming months for our clients. We continue to improve our software based on our user feedback.
