It’s hard to believe that Catersource + The Special Event was only a few months ago. As the summer approaches and event season kicks into high gear, we at Special Events are already preparing for next year’s conference in Austin, TX. As we reflect on this year’s show in Orlando, FL, it’s easy to see that the events industry is back in business. Between themes of collaboration, exciting new trends, inspiring sessions, and crowded evening events, showgoers were reminded of all they accomplished to survive the pandemic, and everyone left recharged with energy to make this year one of the best yet.
It is for these reasons and many more that this year's Catersource + The Special Event was a great success. We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this year’s conference one of the strongest post-pandemic. Every speaker, every sponsor, every attendee, and every volunteer made this show a grand accomplishment. We at Special Events magazine, as well as Catersource + The Special Event, are glad you came.

They say, “everything is bigger in Texas,” and we hope that’s true when Catersource + The Special Event heads to the Lonestar State for what we hope will be the biggest and best conference yet. Catersource + The Special Event 2024 will be held February 12-15, 2024 at the Austin Convention Center.
