Chillout, a new restaurant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, features furniture, dishes, paintings and sculptures made of ice. Beaded ice curtains separate cubicles furnished with ice sofas and chairs; an ice chandelier hangs from the ceiling. An 18-foot bar made of ice serves mocktails. The restaurant offers cold dishes and sushi on "iceware."
