EN ROUTE: EDUCATION, EXHIBITS AND EXTRAORDINARY EVENTS THE SPECIAL EVENT 2001 promises four days filled with an exciting mix of education and extraordinary events.
More than 50 educational seminars will cover seven disciplines: Business and Professional Development; Design; Food Services; Event Management; ISES; Rental; and Sales and Marketing. Industry professionals also will appreciate the five specialized tracks included within those disciplines: International, Internet, Hotel, Master and NACE.
Also vying for guests' attention will be more than 300 exhibitors, showcasing everything from the latest in linens to innovative decor items. Additionally, roundtable discussions and mini-seminars held on the trade show floor will highlight specific areas of interest. The exhibit floor will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
Save the date for 2002: The Special Event 2002 will be held Jan. 9-12 in Arizona at the Phoenix Civic Plaza Convention Center. The Hyatt Regency Phoenix serves as the host hotel.
