This "before" shot shows the ballroom before the KBY team takes over. The honoree's family did not want to mask the room completely, so Koby Bar Yehuda made the most of the room's beautiful mirrors, accenting them with stickers of abstract graphics related to the event's color palette: turquoise, hot pink, purple and black.
Guests are not yet ready for the theme that awaits them. With the festive Jewish holiday Purim close to the bat mitzvah, the KBY team keys on a lively theme akin to Halloween and ablaze with color, yet with a feminine twist ...
... and the "after"! Besides the blast of color, the KBY team also replaces the white shades of the wall sconces with more-edgy black shades with funky trims.

The table designs are based on a medley of cynlindric vases in different diameters, filled with vanda, phalaenopsis and dendrobium orchids in shades of purple and fuchsia. Feathers and floating glass votives add interest.

In front of the dance floor, the KBY team builds a two-level scaffold covered in mesh fabric. The structure acts as a conventional video screen, but at selected moments during the evening, musicians take their places inside the scaffolding, which is then lighted to show them off. Gil Fux Shablul served as DJ and, with Erez Keinan oversaw entertainment;
