For the Adball--the closing event of Canadian Advertising Week--
5th Element Events took the vintage Gatsby look but merged it with new technology. The event took place at the Mod Club for 700 guests.
The show included a custom stage design with LED video, custom flooring, a giant LED disco ball, and elegant VIP areas with chandeliers and furniture. The stage backdrop was a 3D version of the traditional cityscape.

When
Kirby Rentals was asked to sponsor the VIP table at the annual charity function for the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Orlando, Fla., the Kirby team of Brett Walters and Brenda Brown turned to a Gatsby theme. A 24-by-4-foot table placed in the middle of the venue featured an elegant platinum and white palette, with silver chiavaris sporting a double sash of sparkle crepe in silver and white, tied in a classic 1920s "drop waist" fashion.
Brett Walters used his grandmother's period photos from the 1920s to create place cards at the VIP table.
The VIP table from Kirby features period touches such as hip flasks--a salute to Prohibition drinking!
For the annual gala of the Performing Arts Society of Acadiana in Broussard, La.,

For a bridal expo in Mexico,
Mari Carmen Obregon hired the group
Pneumus, which plays 1920s themed music; while they play, a videographer films the musicians and the audience, who become part of a "silent movie."
