The KBY Designs team takes a passageway usually used by vendors to create a dramatic entrance to the pre-ceremony reception.
A wall, 8 feet tall and 150 feet long, is upholstered with gray, textured fabric; a fuchsia carpet leads the way.
Eliko Carpets provided the carpeting.
The custom wall features silver-framed mirrors and lamp sconces with black shades. Zebra provided props and scenery.
Opposite the mirrors, gray urns with green topiaries.
At the end of the carpet, guests are greeted with glasses of champagne at the reception.
Located on the hotel's terrace, the reception features a French garden look, complete with a synthetic "lawn," wrought iron furniture, white-washed urns, white street lamps, and a long bar topped with oak. Yoram & Dalia served as culinary consultants.

At the reception, a raised stage showcases a custom wall, which includes a laser-cut of the couple's logo and glass tubes, each holding a peony. Here, per the family's culture, they greeted their guests.

A 24-piece string ensemble entertains at the reception.
Guests transition from the reception to the ceremony through a passage framed with white chiffon, which parted to reveal the chuppah.
The chuppah is revealed. KBY Designs uses a white carpet to lead to the chuppah, which uses white plexiglass columns in the form of a Star of David illuminated with LEDs. In between the columns, a transparent Star of David swiveled with the wind.
A blessing for the bride and groom is laser-cut into the chuppah stage.
Guests sit in acrylic chairs.
After the ceremony, another corridor--this one lined with votives--leads guests to the main ballroom for dinner and entertainment.
The ballroom is cast in an oval shape through use of cream chiffon curtains. Tables are a mix of standard banquets and custom ovals.

Floral is based on roses, lisianthus and peonies in pink, purple and lavender. Cream table linen and votives complete the look.
Entertainment was a major element; acts included the Gypsy Kings and famous Russian singers. The KBY team built a stage backed by high-resolution LED screens.
