Guests travel to the ceremony site on the family estate via a path lined with pedestals topped with bowls filled with white orchids.
The dramatic welcome structure--15 feet tall and 20 feet in diameter with a Venetian glass chandelier suspended at the top. Here, each guest received a hand-illustrated ceremony program embellished with Swarovski crystals.
A 12-by-12-foot floral arch establishes the ceremony area. It bears more than 300 feet of fresh floral garland made up of leatherleaf, lemon leaf, Italian ruscus, tree fern and white wax flowers, accented with 100 white Gerbera daisies, each in its own water tube.
Oversize concrete urns atop pedestals--already on the property--are filled with 6-foot-tall, live, spiral topiary trees. At the base were fresh-cut lemon leaf and white Gerbera daisies.

The altar is designed around a crystal cross given to the bride by her grandfather.

As the newly married couple shares a kiss, guests ring the silver bells and 300 pink and white balloons are released skyward.
Guests are led to the reception area, staged in the back of the estate. The head table--seating 14--is created around an infinity hot tub. A custom clear acrylic bridge over the swimming pool serves as a stage for toasts and the first dance.

Three styles of guest tables are presented, including these long "feasting" tables, which seat from 24 to 26 guests each. Open-ended crystal "bubble" vases, stemmed vases and floral orbs run the length of the tables.
The 72-inch round guest tables are topped with 42-inch tall bell-shaped glass urns bearing 22-inch orbs made from white chrysanthemums randomly accented with pink pearl-head pins. The floral follows the bride's request for "a vision in white with the smallest hint of pink."
The third table style is adorned with a trio of long-stemmed vases placed atop a white Lucite box to add extra height and glamour. Miniature white callas and lily grass arch over the table.
The lighting changes as evening falls.
Guests return to the ceremony area to find it has been transformed into a nightclub. The driveway is topped with a 24-by-24-foot shimmer holographic dance floor.
Four distinct lounges are created within four alcoves along the main driveway to the house. Ten-foot truss in an "L" shape holds lighting that gives a splash of hot pink and orange to the lounges.
The welcome structure has been transformed for the after-party; it now features a huge ice sculpture monogram. For the last dance, guests wave heart-shaped sparklers and watch as 300 glowing balloons are released into the night sky.
