What happens after 8? Prices go up! Special event professionals who don't want to miss out on the wide range of events at The Special Event 2007, Jan. 9-12 in Los Angeles, will want to register by Dec. 8. After that date, rates for the various packages--education, exhibits, and showcasing events and luncheons--go up 20 percent. And that's assuming that the events are not sold-out completely.
Already registrations to date for The Special Event 07 are running ahead of last year's figures, when The Special Event took place in Dallas. Conference registration are 122 percent higher now than they were at this time last year, and exhibit hall registration is up 231 percent.
