The Sofia Hotel, located in San Diego, has announced that its restaurant, Currant, will open in the lobby of the hotel this spring with chef Jonathan Pflueger heading the culinary staff. The American bistro-style eatery will offer seasonal cuisine and feature space for 85 guests inside in addition to patio dining for up to 30 guests.
