A new spin for guests--a design-your-own Caprese salad bar. Guests can choose from an enticing array of vinegars, salts--including fleur de sel and smoked paprika salt--and other condiments.

And as if the chef stations were not enough, the Good Gracious team also created an on-site restaurant--complete with hostess station--for event guests. The dinner menu includes Rack of Lamb Za'ater with Poached Cauliflower Mash and New Potatoes with Dill; Green Thai Coconut Curry; and Grilled Flat Iron Hunter's Steak with Steak Fries, Crispy Tempura Onion Rings and Three-Mushroom Sauce.
