The Oncenter Complex, located in Syracuse, N.Y., has launched its redesigned grand ballroom. New light sconces, carpeting, paint and chairs accent the renovated 15,000-square-foot space. It can accommodate as many as 1,660 guests. Ongoing improvements at the complex include the new Westin Syracuse Hotel, scheduled to open in 2009, green initiatives and a new Electrolux Air-o-system for cooking and chilling food.
