The event features six tabletop styles and six different linens alternating in the ballroom. The effect was to "create more intimate and dynamic space in a very large ballroom with 85 tables," notes Vangard's Julie Hale, resulting in "vibrancy and variation."

Table design elements include a mix of silver and white sequins, mirrored tabletops, smooth satin linens in white and platinum, sequin chair backs, Mirage Ghost chairs from
Pedersen's Rentals and alternating chair ties.

And to violet. The light "took what could have been a very cold environment and made it lush, dramatic and ultimately warm," Hale says.

Crosswinds vases illuminated with LEDs, shimmer beads, stainless steel balls and white orchids all serve to reflect light.
