Grace Bay Club, in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, recently completed a $45 million renovation; improvements include a new reception area, entry court, pool and spa. The resort offers such relaxed options for meetings as drinks on the terrace of the Penthouse Suites, or cocktails on the white-sand beach. Anacoana is the resort's open-air restaurant with 130 seats among gardens and palapas. Menu items include conch tacos, lobster ravioli and a trio of shrimp.
