The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority has announced the opening of the Las Vegas Convention Center's 1.3 million-square-foot expansion. The expansion has increased the size of the convention center's exhibit space to a total of 2 million square feet, and includes 918,000 square feet of exhibit space, 51 new meeting rooms and a 600-seat restaurant.
