Web Links Now Integrated in Point-of-Rental Contracts
Point-of-Rental Systems has introduced a new "web link" feature within PDF documents emailed to rental store customers. The new feature enables clients to contact the rental outlet easily for quotes, reservations, contracts, invoices and more. Clickable links are embedded into PDF documents generated by the company's software, including one link that makes the rental company's address a link to Google Maps, providing clients with turn-by-turn directions to the outlet. The web link icons are operational from computers, smartphones and tablets.

Short-term Rentals of iPads, WiFi Hotspots Available for Events
Travel Entertainment iPads rents iPads and mobile WiFi hotspots on a short-term basis, enabling event planners to use these technologies for mobile entertainment and technical service support. The iPads are customizable, the company says, and up to five WiFi devices can be connected to each mobile hotspot. Both the iPads and hotspots are available for daily and weekly rental rates, seven days a week, with no minimum quantities required.
