AllSeated.com offers a free, cloud-based technology designed to enable event planners, venues, vendors and hosts to collaborate via one centralized, secure website to create and change complex seating charts, the developer says. Without downloading data, the event team can create and view CAD-like venue maps, manage floor plans and table layouts, build guest lists, create seating arrangements and design an event's setup. Venues can program in the specs for their own space using the site's tools, and event hosts can import guests from their social networks and email accounts, enabling quick creation of guest lists, according to the developer. The system was designed for industry conferences, weddings, charity galas and the like, where constant changes to seating charts cost time, waste money and curb efficiency.

New Flooring Designs Offered by Gerriets
Gerriets International has launched two new flooring products: Vario Sparkle (in photo at left) and Vario Color. Known for its durability and portability, the Vario line of flooring rolls up for compact storage and easy transport, then unrolls to lie perfectly flat, the company says. With a range of more than 180 colors, the flooring is available in matte and glossy finishes. Vario Sparkle has glitter embedded in the surface and is available in six styles--white with silver or gold glitter, black with silver or gold glitter (in photo), and transparent with silver or gold glitter.

Pallet Converts to Display Tables
New from Trade Show and Go is a unique shipping pallet that converts into two display tables. The system helps exhibitors save money on furniture rentals and the stress of waiting for furniture to deliver and be picked up at a show, the manufacturer says. The unit can also convert into one bar-height table and, with additional accessories, a bench or a coffee table. At the end of the show, the tables can be dismantled and converted back into a shipping pallet in less than 90 seconds, according to the manufacturer.
