The adapted excerpts of the ICCA guidelines below come from Andy Williams, vice president, quality assurance and business development, Safehotels. Safehotels Alliance AB was founded in 2001 to create a global hotel security standard. Now active in 31 countries, the Alliance provides independently verified security and safety certification for hotels and meeting venues worldwide.
