Andaz Mexico City Condesa has officially opened its doors, marking the first urban Andaz property in Mexico and the second Andaz-branded hotel in the country. Located in the charming neighborhood of Condesa, the new hotel is ideally situated amongst many of the city’s most noteworthy art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants offering guests the very best of its locale. The hotel boasts a unique roster of guest amenities including a beach club-inspired rooftop restaurant with a robust mixology program, a pet-friendly hideaway, an onsite spa, and one of the tallest outdoor terraces in the area. The hotel offers 213 residentially inspired guestrooms, including 20 suites, all of which feature views of either the tree-lined avenues of the Condesa neighborhood, an elaborate internal courtyard or, from higher up, sweeping views of Mexico City. For gatherings of up to 700 people, the hotel is equipped with more than 12,674 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting and event spaces, including a glass ceiling ballroom with customizable color LED lighting technology and an adjoining terrace, an auditorium and three breakout rooms.
Imagine General Contracting has restored the 20th Century historic building Warehouse215 in Phoenix, AZ, now operating as an event venue. The building boasts 28,000 square feet of interior space and 9,000 square feet of outdoor patio space and honors the art-deco style of its original era. The space can be broken down into individual areas so multiple events can be held at once. In the future, the company looks forward to offering additional space ideal for even more private events. Warehouse215 provides a “blank slate” for large events with a 2,555 person interior capacity. “Our history is our legacy. My goal is to save the history of Phoenix one fabulous old building at a time,” says Imagine owner and CEO Heather Lennon.

Since joining the organization in 2021, Pederson has created several one-of-a-kind event experiences for clients in Honda Center’s unique spaces. Pederson was recently awarded the inaugural Colleen Cornett Service Excellence Award by Visit Anaheim, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the tourism and hospitality industry in Anaheim. Pederson brings over 19 years of domestic and international event management experience to ocV!BE.

The annual Vilnius Light Festival lit up the Lithuanian capital from January 25th-28th. This year the festival paid tribute to the city’s grand 700th anniversary. The beginning of the festive year was marked by a unique music and lights show Time Portal: An Event for Vilnius’ 700th Anniversary in Cathedral Square, where visitors were invited to immerse themselves in the world of ethereal illumination. The event encompassed a musical and visual journey through time—from the 14th century to the current times.
