Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront announces Kerry Murtaugh as Senior Sales Manager. Murtaugh joins the property from Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook Chicago where she was Group Sales Manager. In her new position, Murtaugh will work with the hotel to acquire new accounts, and support and providing leadership and training for the hotel’s sales and events team. Throughout her 20-year career, Murtaugh has received multiple awards and recognitions including Hyatt’s Leader of the Year, Leader of the Quarter, and Hyatt Lodge Engagement Awards, as well as Illinois Hotel and Lodging Association’s Suburban Manager of the Year, and others. Murtaugh received an Associate’s Degree in Restaurant Management in 1995 from Moraine Valley Community College. She also received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Governors State University in 1997.
