Special Events’ sister publications group—MeetingsNet—will repeat its popular Risk360 conference on March 5 in Chicago at Convene.
Risk360 will focus on real-life security scenarios, topical advice, best practices, and "boots on the ground" tactics that event and meeting professionals need to know in today’s increasingly insecure world. This one-day conference features experts from the legal, law enforcement, and military training fields, who will explore a wide range of safety, security, and risk management strategies for events and meetings.
MeetingsNet is a CMP Preferred Provider. Attendees can receive continuing education credit towards their Certified Meeting Professional credential. The session(s) identified with the CMP Preferred Provider logo meet the requirements to receive CE credit.
The inaugural Risk360 conference was held in November in New York; plans are to present it in Philadelphia in June, Washington in September, and New York in December of this year.
