California asparagus growers are highlighting asparagus season--from March through June--with a series of new recipe cards for foodservice operations. The full-color cards include recipes for Grilled Asparagus with Lamb and Mustard Aioli, Asparagus with Blue Cheese and Pine Nuts, Grilled Asparagus with Romesco Sauce, and California Asparagus Pizza.
