Mahaffey Event & Tent Rentals, a party and full-line rental company specializing in creating innovative and memorable event spaces, announced it has acquired the assets of Holliday Events, another leading Memphis-based event rental company. This purchase will enable Mahaffey to double its specialty inventory to serve customers in Memphis and throughout the Mid-South. Mahaffey has been a fixture in the region for nearly a century, providing high-quality event rentals for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and other special occasions.

Rental Management magazine has released its list of the 2023 fastest-growing event rental companies in North America. The 2023 Market Movers list represents rental companies that showed the highest percentage growth in rental revenue when comparing 2020 to 2022. “We are now in our second year of Rental Management Market Movers and are excited to see the growth of more event rental companies of all sizes and inventory mixes,” said Erin Jorgensen, Rental Management. Of those companies that submitted financial results to be considered as a Rental Management Market Mover, the list highlighted the top nine with annual event rental revenue of less than $3 million and 10 companies with annual event rental revenue of more than $3 million.
