In a spectacular gala that brought together the industry's finest, Catersource + The Special Event presented an evening of recognition and celebration at their prestigious Awards Ceremony on February 15, 2024, held at the Austin Convention Center, Austin, TX. This much-anticipated event marked a celebration of excellence within the catering and events community. The Awards Ceremony, a cornerstone of the Catersource + The Special Event Conference and Tradeshow, showcased the amazing talent and creativity that sets the standard in the catering and events industry. Attendees included a dazzling array of professionals ranging from event planners and caterers to chefs and designers – all gathered to honor the exceptional work of their colleagues. 

Montgomery Whitewater Park, Alabama’s newest and most technologically advanced outdoor adventure destination, was honored with the Project of the Year designation at Business Alabama’s annual awards luncheon, which was hosted last week in Birmingham. The park offers venue space for group and private events, including a 1,468 square feet conference room, two meeting rooms, a board room, and an outdoor patio. 

Europalco, the largest provider of solutions for events and shows in Southern Europe, showcased its expertise in creating immersive and interactive experiences at the What's Next? event organized by DREAMMEDIA, a pioneer in Portugal in the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising sector. What's Next?, held at the Sala Tejo of the Altice Arena, marked the 20th anniversary of DREAMMEDIA and excellence in OOH advertising. It was a visionary celebration attended by more than 800 participants and provided a glimpse into the future of outdoor advertising in Portugal and around the world. Europalco worked closely with DREAMMEDIA in the planning and execution of the event. The team overcame the challenges, ensuring that the immersive experience was flawless, and that the customer experience was truly memorable.
