The Chef Cutlery Holster by Creative Culinary Design of Matteson, Ill., is a "tool belt" for knives and other culinary utensils designed to make kitchen prep time more efficient and to keep tools right by your side. Made of nylon canvas with heat-resistant plastic inserts, the belt can be washed in most commercial dishwashers, the manufacturer says. Four sizes are available, featuring three to five pockets to hold various combinations of knives as well as accessory pockets and latches for tongs and other utensils. Holsters come with an outer bag for storage and transportation.
