Planners can use RFP-Direct, accessible through the company's Web site, to send requests for proposals directly to hotel representation companies. The Orpheum Theatre has announced its re-opening following a multi-million-dollar renovation. The 2,000-seat theater, including its three lobby areas with accommodations for 600 people, is available as a special event location and features bronze and crystal chandeliers and solid brass doors.
