The American Rental Association announced Friday that it will change the name of its annual convention and trade show to The Rental Show.
ARA officials changed the name to bring more visibility to the show. "The Rental Show name provides a distinct brand identity and instant recognition to our show, and will give that recognition consistently regardless of location," says Christine Wehrman, CEO of the Moline, Ill.-based association.
In 2004, The Rental Show will be held Thursday through Sunday, Feb. 26-29, in Atlanta at the Georgia World Congress Center.
