Enegren Brewing Co. has partnered with Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles International Airport to offer a custom, brewed-to-taste beer for beer enthusiasts to toast with on their wedding day. The concept of brewing special ales for weddings is centuries old, the company says, and the term "bride ale" may have been the origin of the term "bridal." The program at the Sheraton is termed "Hoppily Ever After" and gives bridal couples a hands-on brewing experience to create up to 30 gallons of beer.
