The incentive travel business is a huge chunk of the special event pie, but can event pros prove that these programs justify their cost?
In the newly configured and just-released SITE Index, a full 98 percent of respondents said their incentive travel programs are effective. How do they know? Eight out of 10 said, essentially, “I am a believer in incentive travel.” These respondents have an average of more than 17 years in the industry, so their belief is not based on nothing.
