Some 130 guests gather for the ceremony. The decor for the ceremony was was meant to complement the greenery of the outdoors and to enhance the romantic feel.

Music for the ceremony was provided by a string quartet, which adapted modern music for strings.

Cocktail hour was held in the historic Spanish villa. To ensure nothing took away from the beauty of the villa, a soft color palette was used.

A charming presentation for escort cards. Blush sequin floor-length linens covered high cocktail tables with elegant centerpieces of silver cracked cubes filled with hydrangea to accent the look. Bars created from wooden pallets tied in the rustic feel the couple dreamed of having.

Dinner featured a dramatic clear-top tent, wihch allowed guests to feel as though they stepped outside into the garden--but with refreshing air in an air-conditioned space. The tent walls were accented with champagne velour drape.

The focal point of the decor was an 8-foot hanging floral chandelier built around a crystal chandelier.

Two different dining table designs were incorporated into the room. The first design featured 8-foot rustic wood rectangular tables adorned with grapevine intertwined down the table with accents of hanging glass tubes, each having a touch of florals. Mercury glass cylinders and votives with floating candles finished the look

There was thought put into even the minor details, such as table numbers being custom-made with the bride and groom’s wedding hashtag in vintage table frames.

The backdrop for the bridal table was covered by hedge walls accented with intertwining twigs and vines. Flanking either side of the hedges were wooden pallet walls to tie in the rustic feel and was finished off with topiaries.

Though the wedding ended at 11 p.m., buses were arranged to pick up the guests and take them to the after-party at a nearby bar. The bride, groom and bridal party had a typical Colombian bus, called a 'chiva,' pick them up to lead the way to the after-party.
