Once inside, guests are wowed by a chic space that mixes art deco elements with old Hollywood glamour. Violet light bathes the chiffon-lined perimeter and the white lounge furniture, offset by black-and-white brocade accents. Seating options include white chaises longues, couches and ottomans accompanied by mirrored end tables.
At the cocktail tables, which are dressed in aubergine taffeta, sleek chairs covered in white crocodile fabric feature an oversize rosette.
Each of the four dramatic buffets features four 10-foot tall supports wrapped in white satin, which hold uplighted tops from which dangle strands of crystal orbs. Vases on the buffets are filled with large balls of violet and lavender roses.
Another view of the buffet; lavender rose-pattern gobos dance overhead.
Pin spots and oversize lamp shades add drama to the buffets.

A detail of the floral; lilacs and pink roses dominate the design.
A giant vase of flowers guards champagne bottles.
The buffets feature cuisine from each of the five nominee countries; custom glass rounds add height and visual interest.
