DCi created a private seaside carnival experience for 1,700 guests at San Diego’s beachfront Belmont Park. The custom coastal carnival was spread across the entire amusement area and the neighboring beach club. "It was a dream event for showcasing what San Diego is all about to an international audience," management says. "Numerous strolling themed entertainment such as fortune tellers, unicyclists, jugglers, roller-skating popcorn girls, LED stilt walkers and more pushed the engagement level to the top!"

This DCi event at the Palm Springs [Calif.] Air Museum featured a vintage setting transformed into a dynamic "glow zone." The highlight of the evening was when the group requested Prince’s "Purple Rain" to honor one of their colleagues who was battling cancer and couldn’t attend the program. "The entire group gathered around the dance floor hugging, dancing and singing, and we programmed the LED dance floor to glow entirely purple," DCi says. "It was such a touching moment and showed how meaningful events can be."

A high-level group of 29 guests from Australia headed to Palm Springs for a 50th celebration. DCi was selected as the DMC/event production company for a series of experiences as part of the celebration. "A formal dinner at the famed Dinah Shore estate with elegant styling and an appearance by a Leonardo DiCaprio look-a-like was the highlight," the team says. "Leo renovated the estate, so it was a natural fit!"
