Longtime planner, professor and lecturer Linda Robson has just released her e-book “Robson Risk Management Model.” The book guides planners through the five steps for designing a plan—personal risk perception, risk identification, risk assessment, risk strategies, and risk evaluation. Also included are examples and resources for each step.
“It is a proactive and practical that allows event professionals to take control of their risk management needs,” Robson says.
Robson, who has 20 years of experience as an event planner, is an associate professor at Endicott College in Beverly, Mass. She’s a frequent speaker on risk management topics at industry events, including 2019 sessions at The Special Event, MPI’s World Education Congress, and MeetingsNet’s Risk360 conferences.
The book, which sells for $40, is available at robsonriskmgt.com.
