Cow Events helps its client celebrate its 20th anniversary with a "children's party" designed for grownups. To treat the 2,500 engineers—80 percent men—the event team created an epic “birthday party” in Madrid Sports Arena, with a “theme park” complete with bars, inflatable castles, a chill-out area, games and a stage filled with special effects. The lighthearted party just snagged a 2018 Special Events Gala Award nomination.
