The boutique hotel Avia Savannah opened last month in the historic district of Savannah, Ga.
Meeting facilities include the Grand Parlor, a 2,675-square-foot space that can be used in its entirety or in three separate spaces ranging from 875 to 904 square feet, the dining room and the Outdoor Terrace + Pool, which overlooks News Place Courtyard and offers 2,600 square feet of flexible al fresco space for luncheons, cocktail parties and networking events.
The 151-room property offers interactive guest experiences including Southern cooking demonstrations and honey tastings from local producers.
Services include complete audiovisual services and wireless Internet access throughout the hotel.
