The Pasadena [Calif.] Convention Center has completed its $150 million expansion, including 55,000 square feet of new exhibit space and a 25,000-square-foot ballroom. The expansion, which doubles the center's capacity, includes water-conserving restrooms, low-water-use landscaping (which uses storm water runoff for irrigation), high-efficiency lighting and an automated energy-control system.
