Outrigger Debuts New Catering Menu
The Outrigger Reef on the Beach and the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach, both on Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, have unveiled a new catering menu from local chef Chai Chaowasaree focusing on Pacific Rim cuisine. Options range from formal, five-course dinner menus to cost-effective pupu-based menus, including Thai curry puffs with fresh mango salsa and wontons with Puna goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. All dining packages at the two properties include silverware, linen napkins, wait staff and on-site cooking by Chef Chai for some of the items, management says. The Outrigger Reef just completed a $110 million makeover.
