Ovanna's, a new banquet facility and floral shop in Henderson, Nev., opened two weeks ago. The 7,000-square-foot venue features a view of the Las Vegas strip and a floral shop on the second floor. Other amenities include a large commercial kitchen with three cook stations; an on-site baker provides desserts and wedding cakes. Other staff members include an ice carver and an event planner with 22 years of experience.
