Cordially Invited Beverly Hills, California The wedding of a Japanese-American couple and their 150 guests exemplified a blend of Eastern traditions with the exuberance of the West. Clean architectural lines and carefully placed bursts of color, specifically at the head table, defined the look of the outdoor reception. Lush use of floral petals at the ceremony and a box motif related to Japanese origami lent originality to the day.
David Tutera New York Three ballrooms were transformed into a romantic European garden setting for this 400-guest wedding in Atlanta. Fountains, strolling gardens, plants, flowers, market umbrellas and a myriad of chandeliers helped create the setting inside a ballroom. Four different table designs featured flowers, candlesticks and market umbrellas covered by chiffon and flowers. The lighting treatment made guests feel as if they were moving from day to evening at the event.
Designs by Sean Dania, Florida/ Famous Firsts Miami Carousel horses and a carnival atmosphere lent an upbeat uniqueness to this wedding reception for two horse lovers. Guests enjoyed the sights, sounds and smells of a carnival midway in the cocktail area, surrounded by a miniature working carousel and tented carnival game booths. The dining area, meanwhile, was fashioned after a more sophisticated European carnival.
