Recently introduced by the Radisson Plaza-Warwick Hotel Philadelphia, “Your Event By Radisson” is an online tool that allows meeting planners to design a customized Web page for events from conferences to weddings. According to a company spokesperson, the tool was developed to make planning a group event easy, and is now available at all Radisson hotels in North America. A meeting planner simply provides pertinent information — everything from daily agendas and dress codes to weather reports — to the hotel, which then creates a Web page for the event, complete with links to room and event registration information.
